Nick Diaz tested positive for marijuana in his post-fight drug test following PRIDE 33.

According to the Nevada State Athletic Commission itself, Diaz initially refused to take a urine drug test in front of an inspector, asking to provide a urine sample in a stall instead. 

Diaz is already under a six-month  medical suspension due to sustaining a broken orbital bone in the fight.

A suspension for the failed test, which would also be six months, may be run concurrently or consecutively under Nevada guidelines.

All of the other fighters tested at PRIDE 33 reportedly passed.
